    Warning! Deschutes Heating does not guarantee their work. I had them install a brand new $5000 *******/Amana heat pump and it failed in less than 6 months. The ******* warranty will cover the cost of a new pump but Deschutes wants another $1000 for labor to replace it. I called 3 other HVAV suppliers to compare warranties. They vary but the minimum was 1 year on labor plus the manufacturers parts warranty. If you are still interested in contracting with these guys, get their parts and labor warranty in writing. Do not trust them to do the right thing.I recommend people steer clear of these guys. There are plenty of other choices in central ******
