    March 2024 $159, April 2024 $159, May 2024, June 2024 ($159 refunded)I had 1 IV that I paid for $89 Feb 2024. I said I would think about the membership then noticed 2 withdrawals of $159 and received a call that I should book an appointment to use my service. I questioned that I did not recall signing up and they said I did when I asked to cancel, and only had a month to use any services I had accrued. Based on their hours and my availability it was going to take me longer than 1 month since they advise only receiving the IV once every 2 weeks. I recently called to cancel an appointment and asked how many I had left and was told 1 session left so I asked to cancel and planned to use the service within the month. They called back to say that my contract was 6 months so I could not cancel yet unless I wanted to pay a cancellation fee. I asked to see the contract and was called to let me know that it seems I had not signed a contract like I was told so therefore money was being deducted from my account fraudulently. I emailed and asked for all money that I didnt agree to, to be refunded and after several days and a follow up email ********************************* (the franchisee) called and left a message and then we went back and forth on email with the final email telling me that since they couldn't take the treatment back I actually owed them money based on the non-member fee. I looked up the Franchise Headquarters and emailed with a faulty email and there is no phone number to be found. I have attached the chain of emails from me to the owner of the business.

    I have received a full refund after getting through to the owners of the Franchise who are related to the Franchisee that I had the complaint with. I am happy to remove the complaint now that they saw fit to resolve the issue.
