    Hello,I am going through a lot in my life with my osteoarthritis and diabetes issues. Synergy Health and Wellness charged me a $187.00 No Show appt. I did call the next day and said I would reschedule and to see if they could waive the $187.00 fee. They said "No" because it was electronically confirmed. I did have right knee replacement at that time unexpectedly because of my arthritis issues. I feel it is fair that they cannot waive this $187.00 appointment charge.Also, my husband lost his job at the time of my surgery.

    Due to ***** privacy regulations we can not confirm that this person is our client.

    We pride ourselves on clear, consistent communication. At the time of scheduling our cancellation policies are clearly explained, and all reminders and paperwork include this policy. Clients sign papers agreeing to this policy.  Clients confirmed their appointment through our patient portal prior to appointments.  In the case of a no-show, our staff are ready and present for 75 minutes for the appointment and it's important that their time is honored.
