      I purchased 3 tinctures from this company. I was told they absolutely don't contain alcohol in them let alone anything that can harm ******* cat. I ended up using all 3 barely & both of us ended up extremely sick. Thankfully I'm not in the hospital & she's not at a emergency veterinary hospital. I went down back to **** WA to return the products yesterday afternoon. The gentleman took the products back yet never gave me a refund. *********************** contacted me last night by email & swore I'd be refunded in full for the issues. I still have no refund as currentlly. I have other evidence that it won't let me load& of absolutely appreciate receiving the full refund as promised.

      Attached please see 'refund confirmation.png'.  This refund was submitted on 7/14 and processed on 7/15 for the full amount of purchase.

      As you can see from the complaintant's own submitted photos:
      1) the Gut and Sleep tinctures clearly state that they are extracted in alcohol.  These products are intended for human consumption.
      2) The pet drops product does not list alcohol because it DOES NOT CONTAIN ALCOHOL.  The pet drops product is extracted in oil (mct oil) because alcohol is poisonous to animals and thus we would never put that in a product intended for animals!

      Metolius Hemp Company's policy is to alway refund customers if requested NO QUESTIONS ASKED.  This is a rare occurance as our products our SAFE and EFFICATIOUS.  Please review tesimonials at this link as evidence of this: *******************************************************************; The second block of customer testimonials contains reviews of the pet drops product in question.

      We have a 4.9 rating on ****** Reviews (see ******* reviews.png' attached).  I invite you to browse our review as you will find most are 5 star and the lowest is 4 star. In addition, the content of the reviews not only reflects the efficatiousness of our products but also the high level of customer service and accurate product knowledge we provide to customers.

      Also attached ('RE Tinctures.txt') is the complete history of email exchanges with the complaintant as we responed to resolving her issue in a timely manner.  As you can see from the exchange she was not willing to contact us with her credit card number to process the refund immediately.  Therefore, there was a delay as we needed to go through a process with our card processing company to enact the refund.

      The complaintant also refered to video of receiving poor customer service.  We asked for that video so we could review if our employee was in fact exhibiting improper behavior (which would be quite out of character for our employee). Complainant was not able to provide such video evidence.

      We have received no further contact from complainant and assume the full refund has been received.

      I am rejecting this response because:Even though they did finally refund everything. They were extremely rude to me & insisting I give them personal information that I was extremely uncomfortable doing so. I want no further contact.  I can prove the products are extremely unsafe for consumption. I never claimed to have video footage of any sort of interaction with thier customer service representative at ********************* I had a video I had made for my personal account online & it was reported by them. If they continue to contact me I'm pressing charges. I want it on file that this company misleads it's customer intently & my cat almost died in a result of their lies
