    I purchased a Marquis *** serial number #****** a Spirit hot tub from ********************** in ****, ****** in November 2019. They delivered it and set it up. Then within a short amount of time it had a Code 30. I contacted them and they sent out ***********************, at High Desert ***, ************. But the spa repair person ***** who is an office person, first had me check the spa by running a cycle and to make sure the pump was working and not kicking off. The process showed the pump was working so they sent out the repair guy. He checked it out and cleared the code. Then a short time later the Code 30 come on again, saying the hot tube was too hot. The manual says it only comes on when it gets to 118 degrees. The spa guy replaced a circuit board per Fireside's direction and payment and the code was cleared. Then again in a short amount of time the Code 30 back on. *********************** with High Desert *** replaced another circuit board. The code 30 was cleared. Then yet again, the Code 30 come on and the same spa guy replaced the circuit board for a total of three times to date. Each time I asked **** the manager at Fireside for a refund of my money and to pick up the hot tub become this continues to be such a problem and it concerns me for the quality of this product. He assured me that they can fix it and continued with ongoing repairs. I have asked him several times to pick the hot tub up and he refuses. He said they do not give refunds and they do not want the hot tub. I find that very poor customer service since this hot tub has been problematic with Code 30 from the beginning of the purchase.
