Dutchie has changed my payment method without my consent. Originally, I was paying credit card for each stores billing. They suddenly decided to start receiving payment via ACH direct deposit. Not only that, they decided to group all of the stores together. These stores are all separate corporations so it doesnt make sense to do 1 billing for all stores. I have never consented to it. I have all the email exchanges as well.

Frustrating just trying to make an order for delivery these last two days. 1. 6/12/2024 I got off of work and I went to make an order for delivery and the delivery options were no longer available. I wasn't aware there was a cut-off time for delivery because it is not advertised anywhere. I don't have a car but I ordered my order for pickup and gave my friend my ID and order information, only to find out from the store that is also not an option. They said that she could recreate the order in the store and pay for it there.... she didn't have the time or the money on hand to do that. The store name is Capital ********************* 2. I went to sleep and said ok I'll order while I'm working tomorrow. 6/13/2024. I went to order around 10 am EST. Dutchie has one of my bank accounts on file. I put my items in the cart and without a tip it came up to $70, with a tip it came up to $78. I put $85 in my Dutchie connected account and tried to pay for my order. Each time it kept saying "insufficient funds". Finally, it said an error code "V011". I talked to support and they said they had removed the block and to try a different payment. So I switched my linked Dutchie bank account to my main bank account. I still received the V011 error. Then the agent said I would have to wait a couple of hours for my Dutchie account to be unblocked. So I said this is frustrating because yesterday I waited until later in the day and by the time I made my order I was told that Dutchie is not delivering anymore and I needed to pickup. This is the second day I am trying to order and now it's a different problem. The agent then told me to contact the store for a payment adjustment. The store told me dutchie is the only online method to pay for delivery, the only other way I could receive my order is of i picked it up. I have no car, I work 10am-7pm EST. So basically I can't order at all. I am very frustrated. I was stressed before but now I am even more stressed. Like what ?

Dutchie is a point of sale company that gathers banking information, but does not keep it safe. I have requested to view my data they have collected and to have that data deleted, and they have refused to do so.

On August 15 I placed an online order at *************** in ***********, **. I used Dutchie pay to pay for the order. When I went to pick up my order, the sales person could not find it in their system. They rang up my order manually. Additionally, I was asked if I wanted to apply $10 in rewards points that I had accumulated and was then instructed to pay with my debit card. This took my order from $70 to $60. The next day, I noticed that in addition to the debit card charge I was also charged the $70 purchase amount through Dutchie pay. I immediately called *************** and was advised to wait and see if the charge actually posted to my account and if it did they could offer me store credit for the duplicative charge. I also alerted my bank to the duplicate charge on my account. The next day, the charge did post and I again called my bank and filed a claim. I am seeking a refund of the $70 charge. Attached are the confirmation email I received for my online order, a copy of my in store receipt as well as screen shots of both charges on my bank account. While the vendor name and amounts may be different, the receipts will show the discrepancy. Please send a refund as I need that $70 to pay my bills. This is unfair. Dutchie Pay is marketed as a safe and secure payment method, but I was robbed of my money due to some error that was NOT on my part.
