    Scam. The offer a 30 day money back guarantee but they do not uphold that agreement. I am requesting a refund and they will only give a credit. I would not have purchased from them if I knew this. I have contacted them numerous times for a return label and they will not send me one. I keep getting an automated response.

    ****************. I placed and order and received a ring smaller than what I ordered. They said they would fix it, they had the ring for over 3 weeks and did nothing but send it back. They claim they measured it and it is the correct size. I sent them pictures of it being measured and it is NOT correct. It is over half a size too small. In addition, they do not publish non-positive reviews. I have tried over 10 times to publish a review on my experience (over months) and they have no published a single one.

    Crappy company. Ordered bracelet with a charm. Nothing like the photo. Flimsy and cheap. Tried to return and all you do is get cough in a loop and they sat you will get in store credit. I doubt I'd ever see the credit. Very disappointed with this company. Buyer beware!
