      On September 20th I purchased a new truck key and fob never got the new key fob. Reliable Locksmiths CCB#******. Mason Stone master technician. I have called Mason several time and he just gives me the run around. Now he wont even take my calls.

      That is definitely our card, but I dont have a charge with that account, and we moved out of that area and dont operate there anymore. The customer has received parts on site from us far as we know but I have never worked with this customer maybe they are mistaken us for the other locksmith that was in the area with that name but if it was us I would love to refund you if you really didnt receive parts but we never collect the full total amount with out completing the work so I know its not us but I would please advise the customer to do a refund to that amount or a chargeback so they could get their money back. And we are very sorry for this instance if they need any help whatsoever, please tell them to reach back out to us. Weve sent them a couple text messages as well advising them to do a chargeback because we are unable to find our portal.

      Awesome thank you so much for coming back. ****, as long as it states you know, I think she has a charge from another technician. Ours dont pop up that way, and I confirmed with our merchant. So I know that they ran into another company in that area so I would definitely just do a chargeback on that company and I hope that you have that response in there just so it protects us for a future customers looking to make sure that we do everything we possibly can to make sure the customers satisfied and I did try to call that customer and they didnt pick up any phone calls. We left voicemails so, Im not sure why we havent heard back but thank you so much !
