    I had a pedicure done and they cut along side of right toe nail and cut me I Became infected with staff. Infection shortly after, and had to go to the doctor to be treated with two different antibiotics a month after that, I developed a severe ingrown toenail at which I had to have half of my right toenail removed. I have all medical combat that place is spreading staff infection and creating ingrown toenails and creating me to have spent a lot of money at the doctors and severe pain due to having staff infection and a toenail removed due to pedicure. I have all medical documentation to back up everything *** said.

    Our procedures follow the ***** of *********** regarding sanitation and sterilization of our equipment.  We always ask our clients when they check out with and pay at reception how their service went.  In this case, there was no mention of a problem with the service.  Therefore, we didn't have an opportunity to look at and verify the alleged injury, provide treatment or send them to our doctor.  We only learned of the problem much later when the customer indicated they went to their doctor to treat an infection.  Since we only learned of the incident after the fact, it is difficult to know for sure if the customer actually was injured at our location or not.
