We found the owner of this business, ********************************, to be inherently dishonest. My wife and I entered into a residential sales agreement with ****************** this past summer. No outside real estate agents were involved, however ****************** is a registered principal broker in the ***************.Despite repeated assurances to the contrary, ****************** failed to perform on numerous contract items, including no ******* money deposit, non-fulfillment of a promissory note, and failure to deliver funds to close on the closing date. Finally, after failing to perform on the contractual closing date, ****************** then failed to pay ******* money as required by contract. Among other negative consequences, ******************** actions knowingly resulted in the loss of a job. He was made aware that my wife was offered a job as a ***************** teacher for the upcoming school year and that the decision on whether or not to take that job was contingent on the sale of our home. (If we were assured the sale would close imminently, she would officially retire). When I explained this to ***************** the day before the job offer was set to expire and expressed concern that funds had not yet been delivered to escrow, he assured us by text that he was about to accomplish the task. With this assurance my wife turned down the offer, thereby giving up any chance of employment with the school district for the upcoming school year. Our intent in writing this letter is to serve as a warning to others. It is obvious that ******************** signature on a document means nothing ultimately we found him to be a deceptive man of zero integrity. Unfortunately the space restrictions here preclude going into more detail. We will be following this up with a letter to the ****************** Commissioner, who I assume has higher standards for who the state licenses as a principal broker. We will also be pursuing any and all legal remedies with our attorney.
