      CBX was hired to replace the roofing on both my garage and house in mid to late October of 2022.I paid over ********* to have this done They have installed the roofing incorrectly as per the installation instructions.They have been notified of fixes that must happen by the inspector as I have water coming back onto the facia of my house.Their ************************, who is the one to run the job has told me "we have done this hundred times and have never been flagged for it" as if to tell me they won't fix the issue. I informed **** that this is not acceptable and this will be fixed as per inspector requirements.> They failed to have the inspection even filed correctly as the 1st one did not happen on the house before they finished installing. > They failed to gain my approval for a ridge vent installation and damaged my house as the installation was not done correctly on that. Which I now have to have fixed. > I have called several times to have management speak with me and no one has called me back except for ******** am always met with pushback from him.
