      In April of 2024 I requested a quote to repair my roof. The salesperson came to my home, gave me a quote and collected a $400 cash down payment. He said the company would schedule the work in about 6 weeks. That time passed and no attempt to contact me was made. I made multiple calls to the company's call center and no calls were returned. I eventually got ahold of "****" the ****** manager who set a date for the work to be done in August 2024. No one ever showed up. The work has still not been done. I requested a refund of my $400 in September. "****" said he would take care of it. Meanwhile throughout this time the original salesman's cell phone was disconnected. He recently called me and asked if he could help with anything. I said yes, give my money back. He said he'd try. Now he's not answering his phone or texts. ****** number goes straight to voicemail. There is no way to contact the company except through their call center that promises a call back and no call back ever occurs.

      SIGNED CONTRACT 2-11-22. METAL ROOF WAS REPLACED ON HALF THE HOUSE 4-1-2022. WATER STAIN APPEARED ON PORCH CEILING 6-12-22. THEY CAME OUT 6-18-22 AND REROLLED AN INCORRECTLY INSTALLED PANEL, NAILED AND CAULKED DORMER EDGE. 7-15-22 ROOF STILL ****S. ******************* SAID ALL WOULD BE OK. I AM ON WARRANTY AND THE PANELS WOULD BE REPLACED IF NECESSARY. 9-16-22 SECOND **** ABOVE BACK PORCH DOOR. **** SAID HE WOULD SCHEDULE A WARRANTY INSPECTION. I TOOK PICTURES OF ***** AND SENT TO ****************************. 10-24-22 ************************* PUT UP PAPER TO DETECT WATER AND **** A PENCIL LINE AROUND PORCH CEILING ROOF ****. ALSO GAVE ME METER TO READ FOR MOISTURE INSIDE HOME. 10 DAYS-NORMAL MOISTURE. 12-27-22 ****** ASKED IF WATER WAS DRIPPING- YES. HE SAID CALL BACK AFTER SNOWMELT. 4-3-23 ****** PUT ME ON A LIST. 5-1-23 SENT 5 PICTURES. 5-10-23 **** SAID I'M ON THE SHORT TRACK. 4 CALLS LATER ****** AND *********************** CAME. CHECKED DORMER WITH CAMERA FOR WATER MARKS. SAID CHIMNEY SKIRTING (THIS WAS NOT CHANGED WITH NEW METAL) NEEDS CAULKING. HE ORDERED NEW TYPE METER. 6-21-23 I TOOK METER READING AT 3.9%. OTHER READINGS SHOWED HIGHER. 8-8-23 GABE SAID OWNER *************************** WOULD CALL ME- NO CALL. 8-26-23 JUNIOR CAME AND CLEANED OLD CAULKING OFF SKIRTING AND RECAULKED IT. 10-13-23 STILL HAVE ROOF ****. TEXTED PICTURES TO ********* 10-13-23 **** HAD ME READ METER 3 WEEKS LATER! DID NOT REGISTER MOISTURE. 11-29-23 **** TOOK PICTURES OF LEFT ROOF EDGE , PANELS BEHIND DORMER, HOLE NEAR VENT PIPE. 12-3-23 SENT VIDEO WATER BEADS AND MOISTURE ON PAPER TOWEL. **** SAYS HE HAS TO SEE THE WATER BEADS HIMSELF TO DO ANYMORE. HE SAID I AM NOT A PRIORITY SINCE THE **** IS ON THE ****** NOT INSIDE THE HOME. I HAVE HEARD THIS FOR 19 MONTHS. 12-14-23 JUNIOR CAULKED VENTS AND CRICKETS. 12-21-23 STILL HAVE ROOF ****. WATER IS BEYOND ******'S PENCIL ***** SENT *************************** CERTIFIED LETTER ASKING FOR WRITTEN SOLUTION AND HONOR HIS CONTRACT WITH ME SIGNED 2-11-22

      New roof was installed December 2021. Shortly after the stove vent began leaking. Owner told me next time it happens call the office. From December of 2022 until Feb 3rd 2023 I have called the office several times about this issue along with new textured and painted sheet rock in the master bath. The light on the vent no longer works only flashes off and on. The company has not called me back to schedule a time and day to repair everything. At this time and day I am to believe they are refusing to do the Warranty Job they are legally obligated to do as well as repair all damages

We have attempted to offer solutions for ******************, but to no avail.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      They will call by **** who says they want to get this done waiting for a sunny day we have had plenty of sunny days. I did except their offer to cut a ridge vent, but they have NEVER followed through, I am speaking with a lawyer. I am done with Deschutes Roofing Company making promises they can not keep and lying about them
