    Im getting harassed by an employee of Security Pros. I drive a van and when I go into my job *** puts tickets on my van. I just a verbal altercation where he threatened me. I called their offices an spoke with *** and was extremely rude to me. This business shouldve have the ability to harass and tow vehicles.

    For the record:  This claimant is NOT a customer, supplier, employee or anyone who has any connection to Security Pros, ***** so claimant really has no standing to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  This is the first complaint my company has received in over 30 years of doing business in ****, *******  We have a *****% satisfaction rating from our clients and are the largest private security services provider in our region.

    Security Pros, **** has been hired by the ********************* to enforce the ownership's rules on this private property, specifically: No loitering day or night, no camping in vehicles day or night and no panhandling on-property day or night.  We have provided this service there for over 25 years.

    I have attached our Condition Report (#*****), detailing our interaction with claimant.  We were simply enforcing property rules in explaining the no camping/loitering on-property.  ********'s van appeared to be occupied by two individuals, with the engine running and shades drawn.  We have had significant problems with loitering/camping on this property, so this was our initial observation of claimant and guest.  When contacted, claimant stated that they work at an adjacent business on another property.  We verified this and backed off any further contact that day with claimant.  While claimant is allowed to park on ********************* property to go to work, claimant is not allowed to loiter for long periods of time in their vehicle on-property.  ******** wanted to argue with our officer, then called our office to complain, left a low (one-star) review on our ****** Profile page and then filed this complaint with the BBB, all over what amounted to a parking warning!

    Thank you for allowing this response to what we believe to be an unwarranted complaint.
