    Ordered feminized seeds , after planting they turned male , according to premium seed they are guaranteed and now they will nit return calls or emails , I have left numerous ones

    They claim my order was completed when it wasn't. There was no shipment or delivery of the product ordered.

    I purchased seeds from Premium Seed Market..this last spring . I purchased ******************************************************************************************* Not take root AT ALL. However this company got back to me and stated that with seeds 50% an acceptable RANGE ..... I paid over 100Dollars for these seeds and i HAVE 4 VIABLE PLANTS ....... 4 out of 20 is a far cry from 50% they did offer some B.S. excuse as to why some good seed may turn to UNUSEABLE foliage ?? I AM SEEKING A 50% refund

    The online seller failed in comply with both "Truth in Advertising" and Interne Marketing Rule regarding ******************* Information" in that the seller advertised SPRING20 BOGO Code for buy one get one free, however at check out the cart reflected $79.99 and though the appearance of discount could be seen it would not balance the discount before card processing . This lead to having to remove one item where then the individual price reflects correct at check out of $39.99 This is simple, the seller had false inducement to consumers to illicit a sale that advertised a promotion but failed to properly apply the promotion discount before check out would complete.What makes matters worse is I communicated with the sell numerous times who was unresponsive (have proof on file for FTC Complaint). Email. onsite message and one voicemail message was left over the span of 2 weeks. The item was purchased May 4th and only arrived Monday may 22nd w/o BOGO promotion being met.Not only did marketing sales company violate FTC internet sales rule but also ****** law Consumer Protection fraud (*******) and ORS *******, False advertising prohibited -No licensee or other person shall advertise, print, display, publish, distribute or broadcast or cause or permit to be advertised, printed, displayed, published, distributed or broadcast in any manner whatsoever any statement or representation with regard to the rates, terms or conditions for loans which is false, misleading or deceptive. As it reads
