      Went to the EcoLaundry in ********** a week and a half ago. Needed to use the 2 large washers because of all the bedding I needed to wash up. It was slow so it wasn't a problem. The newer employee said I couldn't use both. I questioned her on it. Then at a certain point, I felt she was harassing me, so I mentioned to her to leave me alone and walk away so I could get my laundry done. She continued, so I asked her for her manager's phone number. She refused to give it to me. She ended up calling the police. It ended up that they said I was trespassing and needed to leave. They said once my laundry was done, they would bring it out to me. The one officer said he would get the manager's phone number for me and call me (gave him my phone number). He never called me. I have been doing my laundry at this particular laudromat for over 10 years, and I never have been treated like this by any other employee that has worked there. They all have been friendly with the customers. Would like to be able to do my laundry there again because of the convenient location, despite of what happened, but the trespassing needs to go away.
