**** English owner of AT YOUR BECON CALL LLC is one of the most outstanding individuals I know. Providing affordable CONCIERGE SERVICE to seniors and their families. I first contacted **** when we had to step in and manage a relatives care and living situation. The tasks that greeted **** were monumental and had to be orchestrated from a distance of 350 miles. **** the very first day **** participated in every task that we requested without hesitation or complaint. He spent long hours organizing mail that hadnt been opened for two plus years. **** faced each task with certainty and clarity needing little direction yet always making sure our needs were met. **** spent many extra hours helping with the task of organization all the while attending to our family members needs.**** provided transportation and attended all doctors appointments. He acted as a scribe to make sure family was well informed of what interactions had occurred at each visit. He also acted as our advocate when we were not present to advocate. When something was needed to be purchased **** was excellent at picking quality products at reasonable prices. When accommodations were needed **** researched, purchased and installed safety equipment.**** has a wonderful ability of tune into his clients emotional needs and offer support and encouragement. Most recently **** helped with a long distance move. Making sure every detail was taken care of. **** may call what he does CONCIERGE SERVICE but to me **** is part of our family. Always helping with many aspects of care and support that I could not attend to because of distance. His communication, support, kindness, respect, compassion and expertise were outstanding.Indeed **** was at Our Becon And Call providing customized services. We had peace of mind knowing that this honest, compassionate, hardworking man would always make our loved ones needs a priority in our absence. I HIGHLY recommend ****.

Peer is above all thoughtful, courteous, professional, consistent, on time, flexible, helpful, loyal, and honest. He is exactly what you want if desiring concierge service for yourself or a loved one. **** provided his services for me as he aided my elder brother perform tasks he could no longer do on his own. I could always count on his honesty and willingness to go the extra mile. His opinion was always appreciated and carefully given, when needed. Peer was superb in always communicating with me and keeping me up to date on anything. He was my eyes and ears.**** developed an honest rapport with my brother as they worked together and became a trusted friend. We could count on him to be there when things became difficult.**** has a billing process that is easy to use and gives full visibility for charges and the time for which he has rendered services.
