    I ordered a product from the business (order ******) on 9/22/22 for $149.68. The item was backordered. I received notification that item had shipped on 2/2/22. There was no tracking number provided. Product has still never arrived.I contacted company 8/29/22 to explain situation and ask for clarification. **************** representative asked why I had not inquired about package earlier. I explained that I work seasonally in Alaska without cell service and internet access. Caretaker and video surveillance at my residence confirm package was not delivered during my absence. I asked representative if there was any recourse for the situation. Representative said she needed to talk to someone else.I was then put on hold for one hour twenty seven minutes before the phone call was terminated. The representative did not mute the line so I was able to listen to her discuss the situation with fellow staff. A fellow employee explained to her that someone manually marked my item shipped in the computer system but never shipped me a product. While the representative thought I was muted she insulted me, and made multiple inappropriate remarks about the situation. I then listened to the representative and staff complain about other customers, and talk about ******* shows and various other topics. This company makes amazing products. Everyone makes mistakes. All I am asking for is to receive the product I was charged for or my money back. While I was waiting on this order to ship I ordered and received other items from the company and was pleased with their product. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service department. I have also disputed the charge with my credit card company.
