    Shady, unprofessional place. Showed up for a tattoo today and they were running 30 minutes late and didnt tell me I needed photo ID. The gal at the front desk was very RUDE when I asked if they called people to tell them they were running late and nobody told me to bring a photo id. After her snarky comments I told her I didnt enjoy her attitude. I left to go get my drivers license and upon returning ******, the owner, acted like Im some criminal and refused to talk to me The payment is not suppose to be processed until after the service is rendered and my deposit/payment has already been processed. Stay far away from this place as the location should be a warning sign anyway. Ive never been treated that way by a professional business before; which they obviously arent. Low class is what you get here. Appointment was for today may 12, 2023. My credit card was processed two days ago actually for $80. This is downright stealing

    ************************* was informed that I may be running 5 to 15 minutes late, he was informed he needed his Identification by staff. He then proceeded to get verbally abusive, and stormed out the front door, leaving with the door slamming. He returned to the studio several minutes later, then he was informed we would be ready for his appointment. I then told ****** via intercom that he would not be allowed in the studio, and he needed to leave the front of the studio because he was previously verbally abusive towards staff.

    He then started violently trying to force himself into the studio by attempting to pry or force the security door open, banging on windows and repeatedly pushing the buzzer. The shop had several artists as well as clients that were upset by ******* behavior and afraid. I then told ****** again he needed to leave the premises or ********************** would be contacted.

    He proceeded to be disruptive and abusive, at which point I called the police.  I was in fear of him potentially harming property, staff, clients, or myself. I informed ****************** was on the phone with the ******* at which point he stormed off, got into his truck, and drove erratically on Greenwood Ave, skidding, pealing out, and dangerously driving. Greenwood Avenue is a highly auto congested street which is heavily foot trafficked by pedestrians. I informed the ********************** of his behavior and they asked if I wanted him permanently trespassed from the studio, I responded yes. Over the next few days,

    I was harassed by ****** on several platforms, including but not limited to my personal cell phone, social medial, and other platforms which I have blocked him from. I have a zero tolerance towards any abuse of artists, clients, neighbors or myself from clients. The non-refund policy has been in effect for several  years and is posted below in the photos, in several areas within the studio, front door of studio, as well as online, including the booking app. Artwork was performed prior to service and other preparations were made such as scheduling, before ****** got abusive.  ****** law requires ID present at point of service, ID is also required in bars, or stores for products or services that have age restrictions. I hope the ********************** reached ****** and he is aware he is permanently trespassed from the premises. I also hope that any tattoo studios looking at this complaint take heed to his abusive behavior and refuse him service.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    This is totally false.    I left to go get my Id because it was never brought to my attention that I needed it.   She was still not finished with the previous person when I returned 30 minutes later.  She is now 45 minutes late and the door is always locked.   There was a guy sitting by the window and he kept motioning me to adjust the door k*** and push.   I was not trying to forcefully break in. I dont even have a speeding ticket on my record.   She refused to let me back in because she flat out wasnt finished and obviously didnt want to give me a refund which wasnt supposed to be charged to my card until after the appointment.    Thats stealing.    Businesses arent free to act this way and steal money.   The BBB received a similar complaint about her behavior before as well.    I have text messages from her from three different numbers because I blocked her.    I initially asked for my refund as suggested by the police.   She threatened me several times and I can prove it.    Its a matter of principal that I get this refund back.  After all the tattoo was a memory of my mom who passed away from a long battle with Covid.    Who treats someone this way in those circumstances.   She is simply a horrible person.    I filed all these complaints with the police and have case numbers as well.  So I do not accept her response.   Its as crazy as she is

    Also her exaggerated language on everything is eerily similar to what the police told me to say in response to her multiple phone line threatening messages after I simply asked for a refund.   She is regurgitating what I texted her back according to the police.     She is totally insane.  She must need the money very badly to go to these extremes.   Its a matter of principle to me because from the moment I walked in for my appointment her staff was rude as h*** to me.   I have all the lead up text message conversations before the appointment was made and none expressed anything about bringing a photo Id.   Im not a tattooo person so how would I know to bring an Id.    If it wasnt for my moms death Id never have tried scheduling to have one done.    She has a history.   Its very obvious she is lying because my evidence supports my words    She has nothing because its all fabricated.    Very shady people working there as it turns out which basically helps support that tattoo studios are shady places anyway.   She is vindictive and you can tell by her response.   I just want my refund.   I dont like people stealing from me., then Ill drop it.   Otherwise, Ill pursue this from every avenue

    Plus the refund policy was never disclosed and isnt a front to take money when she feels like it.   Just like the other report that she did the same thing after spraining her ankle.  She kept that guys deposit for no reason as well
