    My experience with ***** and Central Oregon Tree Experts was so awful, so unprofessional and has gone on for so long that I need to share the details so that others can hopefully avoid this experience. I contacted ***** to remove and trim a bunch of juniper trees from our property in ******** said it was his slow time of the year and they could use the work so they would get to it right away. They started the job Jan 18th and by April still had not completed the agreed upon work. In the meantime, they drove heavy equipment all over my property causing damage to my driveway and gardens and never cleaned up after themselves. I have had to call (voicemail box full every time) text and email over and over again to even get a response from *****. After months of pestering *****, I finally had to hire someone else to complete the job. My driveway is still damaged and I will have to pay others to clean up their messes. ***** over promises and under delivers worse than anyone I have ever met. Do not use this business.

    These guy's are excellent.. was out of the country on business and had a tree emergency during a Storm. They handled it immediately and took care of everything .. notified me when it was done. Got home everything looks great..

    We received multiple bids for services including a quote from this business and decided to not use them. However, they proceeded in sending us an email indicating they were scheduling our tree service which also threatened fees if we didnt cancel in time. Thought it was a joke until they called and left a voicemail confirming they were coming out. I called and ended up talking to two different representatives asking why they would schedule service without authorization by the homeowner, apparently that is their standard practice.This practice seems like a scam to either get unauthorized business or strap inattentive customers with cancellation fees.Would give zero stars if that was an option.
