      August 2023 My family and i have been coming to ******** for the last 5 years, this time was our worst trip by far. The home was beautiful, but the management is TERRIBLE. After a long day of driving we were looking forward to relaxing in the hot tub. (One of the requirements of coming here is to have a home with a hot tub.) We were all ready to jump in when we realized the water was cold and the hot tub was broken. We reported it to management right away. Their response was astonishing. "We are aware the hot tub is broken and have parts on order. You can use the hot tub at the *****". So before we even arrived they knew it was broken. Instead of apologies they tell me to drive 3 miles and use that one. (Which doesnt allow kids and is only open until 7) they wanted to wait until we noticed.. which obviously we did because we got a hot tub for a reason. 2 days later we go to bbq on the grill for dinner. The grill is ALSO broken. At this point i dont report it to management because i dont want to hear their rude snarky response and they more than likely already know about that one too. I am just trying to enjoy a relaxing vacation and its nothing but disappointments.We stayed here for 6 nights. The hot tub was never fixed and they never reached out again. If parts were "on order" they dont take weeks to get here. ******** clearly does not care about their guests. I spent over 3k dollars on a home which wasnt advertised. Extremely sick with how terrible our yearly vacation went.They promised us a 10% discount after our stay for things not working as advertised so they clearly knew they were in the wrong. A simple notification before a guest arrives would be lovely but in both cases, the grill and hot tub, they did not tell us and had "parts on order" for both items. They promised us 270$ discount. I recieve an email the day of the discount that says I will only recieve it if I sign a contract saying to not tell anyone. How insane! I did NOT sign.
