    I made an online purchase on 12-30-23 with Mukha Yoga for a long sleeve top at a cost of $51. I received a shipment email confirmation on 1-2-24. On 1-8-24, package was out for deliver and never received. The tracking stated a redelivery date for 1-9-24. The package was never delivered or received.On 1-11-24, I contacted Mukha Yoga by phone and email. I also visited the post office in person. At the post office, I wasbtold packages were stolen. I shared the information with Mukha Yoga. The company refuses to provide me with a refund for $51 because thentracking states the package will be redelivered.On 1-12-24, I returnedbtonthe post office. I was given a letter by a supervisor named *************************** - ***************. The letter explains the occurence. I sent a copy to Mukha Yoga and no response.My only request is a refund for $51.Mukha Yoga- Order: **** **** Tracking number:9400136105536048863233

    The customer emailed us about a lost package by the ***** We responded that we would contact the **** for confirmation. The customer then replied that the **** told her mail person stole their package which we know is not true. The **** would not says that and would run an internal investigation. We let the customer know we have an account manger and once they confirm the package is lost we will issue a refund. The customer then started to abuse our staff which we find unacceptable behavior. On Friday 1/13/24 our account manager with the **** confirmed the package was lost and we issued a refund. The customer continues to abuse our staff even after the refund. At this point we have done what we needed with a refund to the customer.
