    Very personable owner and manager! Worked wonderfully with my insurance company to get repairs approved for my home. From start to finish, ***** and *** made me feel comfortable with their knowledge and ability to explain a plan of action. While I showed them what I needed, they asked helpful questions, took photos to document, made notes, and offered different options for me to choose from.Great communication throughout an extensive remodel. When they came upon issues with my older home, they would notify me immediately. I really appreciate that they were able to have an excellent relationship with my insurance company, because I had no experience with filing a claim. The work is excellent! I have received many compliments on the quality of the painting and finishing work, trim, and flooring. The house looks amazing! They have been communicative after completion as well, when I had questions about how to maintain the upgrades. I really felt respected as a customer, with them taking my opinions and preferences into account.
