      Rating: Initially GREAT, then very POOR.Living Water Plumbing came out to an apartment complex I manage on very short notice - within 24 hours - to address a sewer line that had been broken when another entity was installing fiber optic cable. Both the owner, *****, and one of his plumbers addressed fixed the sewer line. They also collaborated with the entity that had broken the line to begin with. So, initially, great job.However, when we requested that LWP check out an apartment unit's particular issue(s), via an already planned return trip to run a camera down the rest of the sewer line to make sure it wasn't broken elsewhere, the owner agreed to do so. We were informed that the camera work was done (I think, though property management wasn't onsite), however helping out the unit was never done. After repeated calls, including days later after the initial request to look at helping the requested unit, the office manager told me in the morning that the owner would finish a bit of paperwork and then be over soon. After a check in call later, approx, 2:15p.m., the office manager pretty much told me she didn't know what ***** was doing and that she'd ask him to call us. ***** did call and after a brief conversation told us that we could look to get someone else out and hung up on me (me = the property manager). Thus, after days of lack of unit follow up, and multiple phone calls to the office whereby I was told help would be forthcoming, the owner basically told me to find someone else and hung up on me. Hence, very poor. I would not recommend such a business.
