    They installed gutters on my manufactured home in March, 2024. They did not extend a portion of the gutter enough. Because of their failure to do the job correctly, water is running down the exterior wall causing it to bulge and creating mold.

    Good afternoon *******, this third complaint has caught us off guard as we haven't received any notifications about a complaint to the BBB. I see based on the email that it was submitted back in November. I say this to make you aware that we have not been intentionally disregarding it; we honestly were not aware the customer reached out to the ********************. 
     
    The client did contact us about the concerns in May 2024 we quickly responded and went and met with the customer on site, we found debris built up in the area and cleaned it out we thought that might be the issue and informed the client that regular maintenance will be needed. At that time it was not raining and we were not able to see the exact issue. We asked the client to contact us when it appears again when it is raining and we could have a better understanding of what might be going on. The client contacted us in November, when we went on site we still weren't able to identify the issue since the area was dry again. In December when we were in the area it was raining and we set a time to meet with the client and when we arrived on site they were not responsive to answer the door or her phone, after about a 30 minutes waiting for a response we still did an inspection and decided to install a diverter to help water flow away from the area. Once we left the client's house they did reach out to us assuming that we missed the appointment and didn't do anything.  We then informed them that we installed a diverter and to keep us updated on any signs of a leak. We never heard back from the client that it was still an issue. 
     
    All that to say we had the understanding that we corrected the issue and haven't heard from the client since. We did reach out to the client on Friday 1/10 to see if it still is an issue and plan to meet onsite today 1/14 at 2:30pm.
