      I bought a brand new construction townhouse from Ed Netter Construction who is the builder. I had a 1 year builder warranty. Before the warranty expired, I reached out to him with an electrical problem. He told me that his electrician said to change the breaker from a 15AMP to a 20AMP breaker, which I did, on my dime. He never sent an electrician out to my house to look, or provide this service. The warranty then expired, however the issue was not fixed. the original complaint happened while under warranty and was not resolved. Since then I have reached out several times to him for suggestions, help, resources, a solution, etc and he has completely stopped returning my calls. My neighbors in the same townhouse complex are having similar issues and also cannot get ahold of Ed *********************** He should have absolutely sent out a licensed electrician to look at this issue. If the current wiring in my house cannot support a 20AMP breaker, there is an extreme threat here of a house fire. Not to mention not being up to code and ILLEGAL on his part as there are laws he has to abide by as a builder. At this point I will take whatever action is needed in order to get some sort of response from him and find a solution. I bought a brand new construction home from him and have had many issues that he has not fixed UNDER WARRANTY. Extremely unprofessional. I will continue to follow up with all necessary action until resolved.
