Your business practices that i have seen on indeed as well as talking to some past employees. 1. why do employees have to fill out their own work invoices during their time OFF THE ****** Some said it can take up to an hour to do so. You are violating federal and state laws they are non-exempt. I suggest you change that immediately.2 Why are you not evaluating your managers as well as making sure they are doing their job correctly? Some have been reported border line verbal abuse as well as not doing the job they have been assigned. NW Services needs to conduct formal reviews/evaluations immediately. Feedback by their employees that is held anonymous as I see some are scared to speak up in fear they may not get work. One in particular; ******* ******** which looks to be in Bakersfield Office, perhaps more, as I see similar complaints. He has been reported to not return repeated calls and texts to him regarding work schedules/training and general questions. He is snide/rude (border line abusive on how he talks to your employees) and not doing the task of a responsible manager. Some have said he is more concerned about his private life and not his work. He most times is unreachable and when he is; short and not answering questions so employees may do their work in a productive manner, he does not handle or solve issues with company ** is doing work for. No one sees him nor does he check to make sure employees are being guided. Why is he even in this position?Other; why are the employees not getting the two weeks training they are told they work? This is a matter of production and safety? Why do you tell employees in full time when it is not? Why do you have one employee working an assemble when two are required for safety and production time? Why do you not set a work schedule and have employees wait till the last minute to see if they work ie; "on-call"RESOLVE THESE ISSUES IMMEDIATELY, AS YOU HAVE OPENED YOURSELVES TO LAWSUITS.
