      Excellent experience with M-Brothers Construction on a siding repair/replacement job. Very professional, careful & friendly team. **** communicates everything clearly, gives you options, and explains the trade-offs. No sales pressure or surprises. Finished on schedule. Price was very competitive and a good value for the service and quality delivered. Would recommend to others!

      This is our second time using M Brothers Construction and we would hire them again in a heartbeat! We have a massive cedar deck, installed by the previous homeowners. Weve done our best to maintain it over the years, but the initial poor construction led to some failing spots. M Brothers came in and gave us a fair assessment of the situation and competitive quote for the amount of repair/replacement work needed. Once they got into the job, more supports were rotted than we expected, requiring a change in plans. They pivoted quickly, and gave us multiple options on how to handle the situation. Our total job involved removing part of the deck, repairing some failing areas, putting in new railing and doing new front stairs. In addition, they replaced multiple windows on our ground floor. Spending money on home maintenance like this is not the most fun thing to do, but we are so happy with the final product and the fabulous work they did. There is a reason they have so many repeat customers - they are honest, hardworking and just genuinely nice guys!

      M Brothers are the best builders / contractors I've ever worked with. ****, ****, **** are all do great work, are professional, and friendly. M Brothers prices are fair and they're very honest. I would and have recommended them to anyone without hesitation.**** owns the company, does the estimates, and actually works on the project himself with the help of his brothers. It's pretty rare to have that. Because of that, there are no misunderstandings and the work is high-quality. The guy who is on site working is the same guy who outlined the project, the boss of the company, and cares about their reputation. If anything comes up during the project - which it did - it's much more efficient and reassuring to have **** right there to speak with and help walk you through the options.M Brothers did new siding, new windows, new window trim, paint, and even some framing work for ** after they discovered rotted architectural lumber behind the old siding during the project. **** had warned ** that there was a possibility that we would find those structural issues once they got behind the siding, and sure enough, there were. Once they found the issues and showed us, **** gave us a price for the additional work. Even though we were in a corner at that point, the price was fair and in-line with the prices for the work we had originally agreed to. They even had to replace a 6x12 beam above our front door that was rotted 2/3rds of the way through! I think some less-able companies with less integrity might have bailed upon the discovery of that rotten beam, ignored it, or would have had to call someone else, but M Brothers alerted us to it and handled it! They had to **** up the front of the house to get the old beam out and the new beam in. Quite a feat and thank goodness because now we know the structure behind all this new new work is sound.The new windows, siding, trim, and paint look fabulous. **** even recommended the paint color for **.Thanks guys!!*****
