      07/07/23 Hoodview Disposal refused to pick up recycling due to not be a the curb. **** ********* has not taken the recycling to the curb prior to this refusal of pick up. Hoodview Disposal has prior to the request gone into the parking lot to collect recycling. This all started when one of their employees let one of the dumpster's roll into one of our company vehicles causing damage. Their answer the problem was deliver multiple smaller cans (one dozens to be exact) which has locks on cans. They have been very unresponsive in picking up the garbage and recycling on time and the date on scheduled pick up. 06/29/23 called Hoodview Disposal for non pickup and was told we our on call pick up. Our scheduled pickup day is on Fridays and has been for the last few months. We seem to be getting nowhere except continuous unprofessional argument's, finger pointing and rotating excuses. **** ********* just wants Hoodview Disposal to provide the service we pay for. Due to the City rules we limited to enlist in other garbage collection services.

      Due to an incident causing damage to a vehicle on the property in March of this year, it was determined that maneuvering large 3 to 6 yard containers at this site could not be done safely. The property sits on a slope making it very difficult to control large waste receptacles. In March, I met with *** at the site to explain this and offer smaller 95 gallon carts as a solution. It was agreed upon that the carts would be placed at the fence, inside the gate to the parking lot, on service days. The carts have consistently been sitting at the back of the parking lot which is 120' from the agreed upon service location. I met with *** onsite this morning to discuss the situation and we came to this agreement again. *** and I also put the larger cardboard in my truck and moved the recycling carts to the fence so that they can be serviced today. 

      I believe this issue been resolved and apologize for any issues it has created.

      We have had on ongoing issue with this company consistently providing the services contracted and paid for. This issue has been ongoing for years. They fail to pick up at least our glass if not debris on a regular basis. I have called, had them put in notes, requested calls back. This issue has not been resolved or an effort made to make this right. We pay every month for services not rendered. The refusal for even a call back is ridiculous. This company doesnt follow their value statements and their customer service agents are horrible. No one here is doing their proper job. We are between a rock and a hard place due to this being the only service in our area. They need to be investigated.
