    This home builder built 9 individual units across the street from my residence (********************************) for resale. In the process they painted these units over several days (I cannot remember exact dates, although that information would be helpful from them if I need to use in small claims) and there was excess over spray from the painting onto my vehicle, pics attached.. ********** is not communicating in good faith to repair and compensate for the damages. I request they get an individual from their team to view the damage and explain how they will fix the damage, this week.

    Greenwood Homes has made contact with the neighbor regarding his vehicle.  This happened withing a couple of days of the initial call, that fell over a weekend.  We make every effort to respect neighboring property and neighbors. Occasionally, there are situations that arise due to the nature of construction.  We recognize when we create inconvenience or incidental damages and take accountability to correct them.  We are doing so in this case by reimbursing the neighbor for the damage to his car.  We are apologetic for the situation and thankful for a mutual understanding and solution.
