  Kukui has been servicing our vacation home rental for more than seven years and have always done an outstanding job of cleaning and maintaining everything. I cannot tell you how many times they have gone above and beyond to take care of some problem that came up during a guest stay from a shattered shower door, to a broken refrigerator (during COVID when no refrigerators could be found), to hot tub problems. But during a recent winter storm their incredible diligence and quick check-in saved our home from a true disaster. They not only alerted us to the problem but contacted other local vendors for us to jump into action and put a temporary remedy in place until the storm subsided and repairs could be made. Without the quick thinking and action of ****** and the rest of the Kukui crew our home would have surely incurred significantly more damage. We highly recommend Kukui House Services for all your cleaning and maintenance needs. They are a vital part of our home care team.

  Kukui gives us great peace of mind. *****, *****, ******, and ***** are solid rocks and able to handle whatever comes up. We've had our beach house over twenty years and once we found Kukui, winter storm worries (ETCETERA!) have completely eased up. What a relief!

  Our ****************** house tends to be used sporadically and ****** and the house keeping team are great about responding to our request for cleanings. They do a wonderful job and we and our guests appreciate the cleanliness. Staff members also inspect the house weekly during the winter months when the house is not in regular use. We could not be more satisfied with the services they provide.

  We have stayed at the Beachcomber Bungalow rental cottage in Seaside multiple times in the past few years and have been impressed with the cleanliness and attention to detail they provide every single time. It's a simple process to get your key and hot tub codes and they are really good about communicating with you if you have any questions at all. On a few occasions we've even been able to check in a few hours before the 4pm check in time! It's also an easy process to check out and the check out instruction sheet is posted right on the refrigerator. In our rental, they had a coffeemaker AND a Keurig, along with everything you need to cook or grill your meal if you choose to stay in. Our dog even loves coming here and they provide towels, dog bowls and usually a small toy! We look forward to the next time we are in town and can enjoy our time here again!
