    I have always been able to rely on this company to get me taken care of. The best part about them is they are family owned. I always prefer to support small businesses like this over large corporations.

    Polished Appliance picked up our non-working NEW Whirlpool washer on Dec. 15, 2023. We never heard from them as to what was wrong with it, whether parts were ordered and when it would be fixed. We contacted them by phone or email (both if the voice mail was not full) on Dec. 22, Jan. 19, Jan. 24 and Feb. 1. On Feb. 1, I posted a 1 star review with BBB and let Polished Appliance know in an email. That is when the **** ***************************, emailed me the status of the washer (parts on back order) and then refused to work on the machine because I had given them a 1 star review. She also called me to find out when they could bring the washer back to the house without it being fixed. What a c*** repair place.

    Absolutely the worst! They told us our parts were on back order for over 3 weeks. They would not return calls or emails and the lady who answers the phones was so rude. Then we find out they never even sent the estimate in to our warranty company and the parts were never even ordered. Dont ever lie to a customer.

    Polished Appliance Repair really did provide an excellent level of service. They were easy to work with and very helpful. We had lots of questions which were answered promptly. They were able to fix my ******* refrigerator that kept over freezing, which caused thick sheets of ice to form. They have great customer service, their time availability was easy to work with our busy schedules. Definitely can say I found a reliant company thats fast and friendly.
