I purchased a garden tiller I received it in just a few days and as I was assembling it, I noticed there were a few things missing. Obviously, they didnt put the items in at the factory, so I contacted log splitter direct. They were very kind and notified the manufacturer who makes they aired me the items I was missing. The customer service has been wonderful. They are so easy to deal with and if I ever have a need to buy anything else they sell thats who I will get it from if I had to write them on a scale of one to 10 Id give a 10 because thats all I could get. Purchased a Boss ED10T20 Electric Log Splitter. The box was secured by an angle frame crate that protected it during shipping and made is easy to unload. I am REALLY impressed with my 16 Ton electric splitter. It easily handled 18" diameter Red Oak rounds. I have been hand splitting my wood since ****. At 71 it is time to safe that sore shoulder for other activities.Wood Splitters Direct
