    I rented the unit on April 17th 2025, I moved out two weeks later, Then I did not receive any kind of explanation of my refund tho I have a statement saying I paid it. When I rented the unit. The lady in the office at the storage is full of excuses when I contact her and says put it in writing so I sent them a refund request and then nothing happens. I expect my refund back post Haste and if it is not returned then I will file small claims plus interest.
