      Against Oregon State Law, this recovery service broke into my locked garage to repossess my truck and caused damage to both the concrete floor and the garage door. They then fabricated a false statement that the vehicle was parked outside, because they know it's illegal to enter a garage, even if the door is open. (Ours WAS CLOSED) but our neighbors have cameras on their house and have agreed to cooperate with the sheriff's investigation. I would highly recommend that lenders no longer work with this company as they're moral (lying) and will get you into legal trouble with their illegal actions.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Oregon Adjusters Inc. regarding their towing of my vehicle without notifying the county or authority, their failure to allow me to account for my personal belongings, their unauthorized auctioning of my car, and their unprofessional and rude customer service., my vehicle was towed by Oregon Adjusters Inc. without any prior notification to the relevant authorities or the county. This lack of communication caused significant inconvenience and confusion for me, as it took me two weeks to locate my vehicle due to their failure to report it to local databases.Upon finally locating my vehicle, I was shocked to discover that half of my personal belongings were missing. Oregon Adjusters Inc. had bagged my items for me, but when I went to recover them, numerous items were nowhere to be found. Additionally, I was informed that my car had already been sent to auction, despite being told by Oregon Adjusters Inc. that it was still on their lot.Furthermore, the customer service I received from ********************. was extremely unprofessional and rude. Despite my polite and cooperative demeanor, their staff treated me with disrespect and disregard. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their company.Oregon Adjusters Inc. forced me to sign a release form stating that I had personally retrieved all of my belongings, even though I had missing items. They refused to allow me to notate the missing belongings on the release form, further exacerbating the situation.I am deeply dissatisfied with the services provided by Oregon Adjusters Inc. and believe that their actions have been negligent, unprofessional, and in violation of my rights as a customer. I kindly request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action against Oregon Adjusters Inc. to ensure that no other customers have to endure such mistreatment.

      Breach the peace, vehicle theft, damage to my vehicle, and the driver nearly ran me over

      I was at work on August 23, 2022 when one of my coworkers alerted me to my car being repossessed. When I went out to the parking lot, I confronted the driver, showing proof that I was not behind on my payments and was not allowing the repossession to take place. Instead of dropping the car at that moment, the driver proceeded to breach the peace and continue with the repo. In the process, he nearly ran me over with the truck and then got out of his vehicle to come after me. In the process of the repo, he damaged my vehicle by towing it incorrectly and was not paying attention to his surroundings and running my car into curbs. Every bit of this was witnessed by at least 5 people and was recorded on security camera at my place of employment.
