Discriminatory practices. I watched them set up all over my area in *************, ore the last 2 yrs. Called them a few times and was led to believe they'd be near me soon. They hooked up their lines to a pole outside the park mobile home park I live in. Watched them hook all the houses around our park up. They were given permission to come in the park, even though utility companies don't need permission because of the easement. The last call I made, I was basically given a lecture by whom I think was the owner or a manager about what it took to to accomplish hooking people up. He asked if I knew how much engineering went into hooking people up. They came into our county on a pretense that we could all get a good internet service with a lifetime price. I call it false advertising, plus discrimination to people who live in mobile home parks. There are many of us signed up waiting, and not one bit of communication from this company after 2 years. They even had our entrance blocked a few hours for a few days to hook up equipment, but can't get the service they offer.

I've been trying to get connected for over a week now. Someone came by on Friday the 8th and ran a cable from the house to the pole. It took him until Sunday evening to let me know he ran into an issue and he might not have time to come out and fix it the next week. Told me he'd keep me updated, which he did not. I later texted him Wednesday asking for an update, he told me he should have time at the end of the day and he's keep me updated, which again he did not. I called Hunter Communications this Friday (the 15th) for an update, they were apologetic/sympathetic and told me that the previous technician wasn't qualified to take care of the problem, they contacted their splicing team and someone should be out same day to take care of it, this did not happen and I received zero updates. I called again today for an update and they've scheduled an appointment (everything inside is already set up??) for NEXT Friday the 22nd. What the fuck?It shouldn't take two weeks to get hooked up-- this is ridiculous and I have half a mind to go with a competitor at this point and would advise others to do the same.

Thank you for reaching out and making us aware of this situation. This is not how we like to do business and it should not have taken you this many attempts to get your installation completed. We apologize for the difficulty. It appears our local team was able to assist you and get your installation appointment moved to 9/19/23. We greatly appreciate your patience as we worked internally to expedite your appointment and hope you enjoy your new fiber-optic internet service. If you need anything following your installation please contact our local customer service department at ************ or **********************************************
