*************************, owner of Silver Bullet Auto on ******************** in *************, punctured the radiator of my 1987 Mercedes 300TD when installing the serpentine belt. This caused my car to overheat and the engine to die. ***** agreed in writing to pay for the radiator which was $288. He paid me $100 of the $288. When I tried to get the balance due a week ago, ***** became combative and very unprofessional and told me he was not going to pay me. *************** me the balance of $188. ***** also did other damage to my car. The driver side power window didn't work after I brought it to him. I asked him in writing about it. He never offered to fix it and never took accountability. There was rainwater inside the fuse box after getting the car back. The witness who helped me pick up the car, who is also a diesel mechanic, said that it looked as if ***** left the car in the rain with the hood open. I asked ***** about this and he took no accountability. The oil dipstick grommet was missing after ***** did the work. The grommet is in the area of where ***** did the work. ***** also, in front of me when I was watching, pinched a rubber fender seal, causing it to welt, and to be damaged. He also put aftermarket parts on my car after I specifically requested OEM, factory made, original parts. ***** also hit the climate control button so hard that it stopped working...I witnessed this as well. Lastly, he did a repair to my car a couple of years ago, and when I got the car back, the odometer was broken. At the time, I just blamed it on coincidence, but after seeing how rough and belligerent ***** treats a 40 year old classic Mercedes, I am certain that he broke the odometer as well. In good faith, I am only requesting the balance due of $188 that ***** agreed to pay in writing. I have cut and pasted some texts as proof. Depending on how ***** handles this will determine if I will be taking him to court for compensation for other mentioned damages.

    To whom it may concern-

************************* has been an associate and something of a friend for years, I do have to clarify one major issue in this whole process though, as it relates to the **** the Silver Bullet entity is now an energy-collective, of which ******* is welcome to contribute to and benefit from, this is why he was never charged anything beyond what it cost to fix his cars, and his inability to pay for many items the cars have needed has contributed directly to all the issues he has listed in his complaint. He was given the exact amount of cash he asked for initially to compensate him for his radiator, and he was not required to pay the outstanding balance from previous repairs as part of this settlement. I never acknowledged that I broke the radiator, only that I would pay for it to mollify him. Putting *******'s mind at ease though is not an easy feat. I believe ******* is at the forefront of a cultural energy shift, and while he has a pleasant demeanor, he definitely has "crazy eyes," I have seen them several times. I imagine ******* wants to use this *** report to proceed to small claims court, the best evidence I could put forward would simply be for anyone curious about this issue is to simply watch ******* pull up in any of the marvelous vehicles in his fleet, brakes and belts squealing, smoke billowing, every imaginable fluid leaking out onto the pavement below, and instantly I think it would be obvious that no one owes ******* anything, these are not classic cars, they're bought for almost nothing off **********, and one cannot simply subsidize their restoration by means of small claims court, **** etc.

    Respectfully, *******************

****** irrelevant, condescending and insulting opinion is deflection from facts.  ***** damaged my radiator. He took accountability and agreed to reimburse me which is all in writing. He has only paid $100 of $288.  He now says he will not reimburse me the rest.  This is also in writing. ***** broke his word like he broke my car.  The damage that ***** did to my radiator caused my car to overheat which destroyed the engine.  I have included an estimate for a remanufactured engine to be installed which ***** needs to pay for.
