    Complaint Details:I am filing this complaint against ***************** due to an unjustified *** ban on my Steam account (ID: **********), affecting the game Counter-Strike 2. I have never used any cheat software or violated any game rules. I have reached out to ***** via their official support channels and legal email contact, but I have received no response for over 30 days.This *** ban not only restricts my access to game features, but also causes severe financial loss over $2,700 USD worth of in-game items have become inaccessible. ****** Terms of Service claim users only have the license to use these digital items, which effectively deprives consumers of their ownership rights and is potentially an unfair or unlawful contract clause under several jurisdictions.I am requesting the following from Valve:1.A full and transparent explanation of the *** ban decision, including any evidence.2.Immediate lifting of the false ban if no evidence can be provided.3.Restoration of full access to my digital items, or a refund for the financial loss.4.A clear and legal review of ****** position on user-owned digital assets.If these conditions are met, I will cease all further actions.
