    This place is ?? **** is a dip s*** who doesnt know what he is talking about. Honest 1 care, only wants to break your vehicle an not repair what you asked for to get more $ out of yall. Don't go here! All they will do is scream & get rowdy with you for their negligence when you confront them. Also, if you're a woman, STAY CLEAR! They'll harass & scare you into believing their ********. $400 for an oil change? ****! Bunch of goofy a** mechanics who dont know s*** ????

    This customer came in to have an oil change done. We lifted the car to perform the oil change and noticed that the customer had hit something and the bolt to drop the skid plate was ground off and there was know where to even put a tool and the skid plate was broken from whatever they impacted. We informed the customer of this and they took the vehicle back to the shop that did the oil change the last time. The customer then came in and said we used the wrong tool and this is what happened to the bolt. The only tool that would make this bolt look this way would be a grinder or them hitting something on the road. The customer was wanting us to buy them a skid plate and we refused do to the fact that we did not impact and break there skid plate. This was a customer trying to get us to pay for there accident. 

    I also asked her if I could show her the damages and she refused. It was very obvious we did not do this.

    How wasn't it you guys, when receipts show what service yall did previously? Took it to you guys, you guys ruined the bolts/skid plate(that was previous service) took it to you guys again, an than yall said you couldn't do anything because of said plate being messed up, but you're the one who did the service. We took it to another mechanic, they said a rock wouldnt or couldn't do that. Take responsibility for your **** up ****. 1/10 service. Never going back.

    Told us it would be $2,600 to fix our car. Pulled off a part without warning and broke it. Wanted us to pay $3,000 more to fix there mistake with no warning.

    This customer came in to see us because they jump started there vehicle and when doing so they jumped it with the Positive cable being hooked to the Negative cable. This caused a direct short which fried 2 computers on the customers vehicle. We had to buy these computers from the dealership and they dictate the prices of the parts. When we got done reflashing these computers and being able to communicate with them it started to kick up a code for a steering rack belt being loose. There is no way we would have known this due to the fact we could not communicate with the computers because the customer jumped there car backwards. The customer created all there own problems with this repair. We did nothing wrong and the customer needs to accept responsibility for there actions of not knowing how to jump start a vehicle.
