    - Dec 29 Young Electric sent an electrician to upgrade our panel.- Panel upgrade was completed, we were told to expect an inspection, and our invoice reflected a permit cost.- January 16 I called Young Electric to follow up, since no inspection was ever scheduled.- I was told again to wait, that they had requested the inspection and that the city was taking a long time to respond.- I called again February 27 to follow up since we still don't have an inspection. I was told by a Young employee over the phone that they never got a permit for the work that was performed, and therefore no inspection had been scheduled. Our panel replacement is basically unpermitted, which is not what we paid for. We hired a professional electrician because we wanted to comply with regulations and instead we are left to deal with this on our own, after Young has failed to follow up in a timely manner.

    This has been resolved. Due to the holidays and the general state of the world; we were short staffed and the ***************** made changes to their permitting process. Please keep in mind that we offer a 5-year warranty on our labor and we are licensed, bonded and insured. As a small company striving for the best customer service which is difficult to find in the construction industry, these are some of the growing pains we will encounter. Thank you for understanding.
