    I have enlisted this business to cut and thread a PS90 barrel after confirming they can do it. I followed their instructions. And mailed the item. He confirmed it would only be 4-6 weeks to return my item. However, ************************* will no longer return my item or phone calls or emails after several attempts. Its been 12 weeks. And Im only now learning this is a constant issue I wish I would have know beforehand.

    The date this occurred was December 13, 2022. I sent the company $80.00 to make a part for me. My bank statement shows they cashed the check and I have yet to receive my part. They will not return emails or try and communicate in any form or fashion with me.

    He literally didn't even sign the check. Now I have to send back to him have him sign it and then re send it to me. This all feels like retaliation against me for submitting a claim to your all.

    He literally sent me a refund check not signed. So now I have to send it back to him have him sign it and then resend it to me. This all feels like retaliation due to me filling a complaint with you all.
