I placed an order on December 3rd, 2024. I have had zero contact from them since. I have emailed and called them on several occasions, left voicemails to no avail. I just want the bar I ordered last year!

I ordered The squat saddle for my son for Christmas. When he received it a asked me where the straps were that came with it. I told him that there were no straps?? We were both falsely led to believe that when you ordered the item it would have with it everything that was needed. Everything in advertisement on their website and on their social media pages shows the item being used with straps. Then after going to the website to get the straps I saw that there was a couple different options but if I wanted the bare minimum for a $20 strap I would have to pay almost the same amount for shipping just for the strap. The reason why I want to refund is because of false advertising. I was led to believe that when I ordered this product that it was all inclusive and it was not. On top of that both I and my son reached out to Kabuki power via email as well as phone calls and have not received a single response. They say that they have a 30-day open window to get a refund and send the item back but I bought this gift during the shopping season for Christmas and then did not give it to my son until we met up with each other a few days after Christmas so it was already outside that 30-day window before the box was even opened up by him to see the gift.

They listed a product as in stock on their website and still currently is listed as in stock and ships in 2 days. I merely inquired when the product might ship out and the president or someone claiming to be said it would be shipped mid January. He referenced a separate page not on their main page that says black November sales dont ship till January. The product is listed as shipped with a tracking number but just label created. They will not offer refund or compensation. They need the list things correctly on main page.

On 9-1-24, Kabuki Power, a gym equipment manufacturer, CEO ***** ****** advertised on his social media account (Instagram) ********************** was having a sale on all barbells. His social media post contained a link directly to the sale items. I used this link, which redirected me to the Kabuki Power Website and purchased the Kabuki Power 250k Squat Bar. After adding the barbell to my cart, a discount of $299 was applied, making the bar price $0.00. All the customer was required to do, was pay shipping costs, which I did. I purchased the bar and received an email confirming the purchase. Several hours later, I received a second email from Kabuki Power stating my transaction had been canceled. The email clearly states the transaction was canceled at my request. This is a lie. I believe Kabuki Power violated several Oregon state laws in dealing with this transaction. Specifically, Kabuki Power violated "bait and switch" provisions under the Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Oregon's bait and switch law is part of the state's Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act, which is found in ****** Revised Statutes, Titles 50, Chapter 646. The law prohibits false or misleading advertising, including bait and switch, which is when a seller advertises an offer they don't intend to fulfill. Kabuki Power CEO ***** ****** advertised the sale on his social media, provided a link to the purchased item, and them canceled after the sale. When I reach out to him directly via social media, he stated I could re-purchase the bar at full price. That is a clear violation of the bate and switch law. Additionally, cancelling the transaction and lying as to the reason the item was canceled (i.e., stating the cancellation was made at buyer's request, instead of online store error) is a violation of Oregon's Bait and Switch laws, which state a retail shall not "Misrepresent the nature of a transaction or obligation incurred by a customer" - when they stated "I" requested the cancelation.
