      At the heart of the issue is the fact that the company installed a 3.5 ton air conditioner unit that was incompatible with a 3 ton blower motor that existed in the furnace. The sales *** assured me that it would work . The day of installation, they were unable to get the system operational. I was not informed of the issue until five days later when the tenants who have A one year old and three year year-old child called to complain about not having air-conditioning in the house when temperatures were exceeding 95 outside. At that time, I was told that I would need to spend $2500 for a new blower motor or ***lace the furnace to get them air conditioning again.The salesman who would not admit his error tried a couple excuses that were factually incorrect and I ended up having to purchase a new furnace to get the ** unit that I had just purchased to work. I was assured that purchasing the a/c unit alone would be the only cost I would incur. After having a new furnace installed because it was the only option to restore air conditioning to the house and the family with young children that was unsafely overheating in the house. I received a phone call stating that my payment was past due and accruing interest. No one from the company ever reached out to me on the day of the install to request payment.I was forced to not collect rent for the entire time that the tenants were without air-conditioning so I have lost significant money on that as well as having to pay To remedy a situation that they created by incorrectly, pairing a air Conditioner unit that would not function with the existing unit in the house.Everything was functioning perfectly before they installed the air conditioner unit. Thanks for the help! I tried to address this directly with the company but no one has called me back.

      They scammed us. They showed up and collected a consultation fee promising to bring the part needed to fix our hot water heater. They never called back despite several of our attempts to call them. The answering service always said, oh yes, hes working on it, he should call you soon. They never did.
