    We entered a contract with Upper Left Pest on July 14, 2023, putting down $2162 on a $4325 invoice for services (rodent baiting, sanitation, exclusion, and crawl space clean-out) to deal with rodents on the property . At that time, Upper Left Pest placed bait boxes on the premise.Since then, we have not heard anything from Upper Left Pest. Our contract had a crawl space cleanout schedule for July 28 and he didnt show up. I left Upper Left Pest several voicemails and emails, none of which Upper Left Pests has responded to. Upper Left Pest has breached our contract by not providing the services we paid for. We want Upper Left Pest to refund the money on the work not completed ($2085).

    Entered an agreement to receive quarterly pest control services. Agreed to be billed monthly $33. Havent seen Upper Left Pest since May 26th, 2022. Has missed 3 services. ***** from Upper Left Pest will not return calls, requests sent on website or emails.
