    I went to Green Acres Beach & Trail Rides on August 1st. I was not allowed to have my phone on me while on the horse back ride. They said they would use their phone to take the pictures. They repeatedly insured me that we would receive the pictures. I called them on August 4th and was told that I shouldve received the pictures right after the ride. So, they told me to text them the details from my ride so that she could send me the pictures. I did that. I got no response or pictures, so I texted them again on August 5th. I called and emailed them on August 6th and still got no response. I texted them again August 26th, she finally told me that she was not part of the crew that was working that day we went horseback riding. So, I asked her when the best time was to contact her since she is the main person. She told me I could contact her Monday the 28th. I contacted her Monday the 28th and got no response. I contacted her again Tuesday the 29th and got no response. I texted her Saturday Sept 2nd and told her I would be contacting Oregon Better Business Bureau. I finally got a response from her on Sunday August 3rd saying that the pictures were sent to the number I had provided and that she would check again. I dont understand why she couldnt have just told me that in the first place. I responded to her with the number that she could send them too. I got no response back and texted her again Tuesday August 5th asking about the pictures and she has not responded. I would really appreciate the pictures, they really mean a lot to me. However, sounds like I will not be getting them due to their lack of communication and organization. I will also add that when we were there the workers were swearing in front of a child that was in another group. We were also scheduled to ride at 2:30 and when we showed up no one was there, we had to wait 45 min to ride because of how behind they were on the other rides. It was very chaotic. I wish they would not of prolonged my hope.

    I booked a trail ride for 3 people for October 10 2022. I paid a deposit of ******. The evening before the ride they called and canceled due to difficulty getting horses. I was promised a refund. Caller hung up quickly. I have emailed with no response. Voicemail full. No ride and no refund.
