On or about 9/25/2004 I was ending our vacation in ************, ** and was leaving for home and we stopped at ************ for a few snacks, 24 pack of diet ***** & some ice and snacks, chips. I used my debit card to pay for it. When I got home & checked my bank account online and saw the charge for $223.67. No way is that correct, I didn't purchase that much in groceries. I called the store and talked to the manager and told her I didn't spend that much. I asked her to look up the receipt and she tried but I would not come up with her system, but she said she would call corporate office, and they had a larger system that could pull it up by using last four numbers of card. She said she would call me back and let me know. I asked if it was possible that the clerk forgot to clear the prior charge, she said yes. I said or maybe they double hit the "2" for $23.67. She said that's possible also. after 10 days she had not called me back, so I filled a stop payment with ********* and they investigated. ******** tried 3 times to get copy of the receipt but ******* failed to present it. I had asked for the $200.00 returned to me, as I feel the price should be $23.67. If ************ can produce the receipt showing my purchase, we could settle this. ******** provided terminal ID for the transaction ********.

On Saturday July 30 I went to this market to purchase my favorite cookies. Dare cookies. The last two times I got really bad cookies. The cookies were so bad discolored and falling apart that I sent photos to ************ in ****** and received coupons for new cookies. I went to get the new cookies and opened seven boxes to be sure they were good. Some of them weren't. A short heavy woman with a ***** hair cut who said she was the owner came out screaming and threating me with the police. She said I was a vandal and that they now couldn't sell the boxes and I said why can't you return them? And she said no they don't buy them from ******** I would have been glad to have the police see the filthy looking product they were trying to sell they were truly revolting. I had visiting company with me so I couldn't take the time for the police. This person was so terrible, its hard to believe. I tried to explain that the cookies where bad but she forced me to purchased 7 boxes of cookies. I've never heard of a store that can't return spoiled food, but that's what she said (screamed) These people should be turned into the health ***** Please notice others who feel the same.
