  I contacted Pest Experts at Active Pest Control and clearly asked if they could rid my room of carpet beetles. They said they could and the initial fee would be $239 and $46 per month there after.. I paid the $239 and an apptmt was scheduled. When tech came out he asked he about the other rooms which I replied not that I know of because Im disabled and Im in my bedroom only all the time. He went to his truck and got 2 cans of spray that was labeled for fleas.. I went to other end of the house and he spayed my room only with the 2 cans and told me not to return to that room for 4 hrs then vacuum well to remove all the dead **************** I did as instructed and the next 2 days realized there was no change in infestation. I called back to report this and they sent same tech out 3 days later and I explained there was no change in infestation. His response was well I dont no what else to do and that he had one can of spray with him and did I want to to spray that so I said yes.. This method helped none at all. when I got a letter from my bank where they decline the 1st $46 payment due to insufficient funds. I immediately contact them and told them to cancel my service immediately, do not attempt to go in my account because the service they provided was useless. The guy I spoke with assured me the service was cancelled and they only make one attempt with the bank. They tried the payment again the very next day with it was declined again. They started emailing me daily that I need to make that payment. I called again and the lady I spoke with said it had not been closed but she closed it immediately and I should hear nothing else from them. I then sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction and that I was requesting my initial payment of $239 be returned to me because all I got for it was 3 cans of flea spay in one room that did absolutely nothing. I never got a response back but got a bill yesterday saying I need to make the $46 payment.
