  ******* was hired to wash my rv at the ************************* where we were staying on july 5th. 2024. ******** started washing my rv and left heavy streaks down the right side of it that could not be washed out nor could they fix the damage. ******* was called by his worker and myself to report the problem. He assured me he would be out the next night to look and try to fix the problem. The next day he called and said he would be out by 7am sunday morning knowing we had to leave town by 9am. At 7:45 he finially showed up and when i asked why he didnt call to tell me he would be late he blew up and said he wouldnt be yelled at or treated that way and he was leaving. No one was yelling or treating anyone badly other than asking why no phone call to let me know he was still coming but running late. We paid $200 cash to his employee for a good rv wash, now with the estimate we recieved today it will be approximatly $400 to buff out the streaks Darrells left behind. The current rv detailer says it looks like he used a degreaser or brightner that actually burned the polish off the aluminum siding leaving the dull oxidized streaks. I dont believe ******* ever intended on fixing the damage and has not returned any phone calls since the incident so that we could rectify the situation.

  this customer called me requesting I see if I could help some streets on his **. My crew came out and the ** was heavily neglected and streaks were on ** before I even started. I was unable to even clean **. They didnt want the roof washed I showed up the next morning, and before I even got out of my car, they started screaming at me. I explained to him I was there to listen and see if I could solve  their problem, their solution was to scream at me and blame me for the problem they had before I even got there. You cannot please everybody have they even let me talk to him before screaming at me. We mightve been able to resolve this situation. I was never given the opportunity to even resolve the situation

  I am rejecting this response because:
  Yes i had water streaks i needed washed out but i did not have the chemical burn streaks that i had after Darrells crew was done.
  I did not have them wash the roof since per ******* and my conversation it wasnt needed since the roof was just washed a few weeks prior. 
  But we have 7 different people that witnessed Darrells crew wash my Rv and of those 7, 4 people seen the before and after effects of the wash job they done. Which brings me to if you couldnt even clean the ** then why would you attempt to come fix it? 
  Darrells crew washed my trailer on july 4th, ******* did not come out the next day he actually came out sunday july 6th at 7:45am (45 minutes late) when he knew i was leaving town at 9:00am, there was not any yelling when he arrived but i did ask him several times why he didnt at least call me to tell me he was running late. ******* got elevated about being held accountable for his being late with no communication and thats when the yelling from both parties started. 
  ******* and his crew know the mistake they made and we have witnesses that can vouch for the actions taken on both the 4th and the 6th. ******* has not returned any of my phone to try to rectify this between us and that is why we have went to the BBB. 
  I realize you cannot, please everybody but as a responsible business person, you should at least take care of the mistakes you have made and make them right and that is all that is being asked if Darrells is not willing to pay the $400 i spent to have the ** fixed after his mistake than at least he can do is refund the $200 i paid them to do a professional wash job that i did not receive!!

  I am rejecting this response because:
  First of all The trailer was not trashed anyway it is actually a fairly new trailer four years old to be exact. We take care of our stuff. Thats why we tried to hire a professional to come get the water streaks off and clean the exterior from the road grime, little Did we know we were gonna get somebody far from a professional. If you have these pictures of before and after my trailer, I would love to see them. 
  In the meantime, I will make sure to let everybody we know in the ************ along with everybody we see When we are in ********, what a horrible job you have done and you continue to just lie your way out of taking responsibility.
