      Their application guidelines are very extensive and prohibitive. It is almost as if they do not WANT to rent to anyone. I spoke at length with one of the reps and he was totally negative about everything. He would not let me apply on the phone, (which he couldve done), and their website does not have a place where a person can apply online. I was assured I could apply online. I did a drive-by of a home, I was interested in and advise them that I would like to apply for it, they rented the place right underneath me.
