    Landscaping Fernando LLC ****** Business License #********** AKA ********************************************************* I arranged with Fernando Landscaping for a two man crew to work on my property for two days (May 25 and 26 2023) for $1300. The crew was to do the following:Dig up the blackberry bushes in the triangular area in front of my house Leave the ivy in this area in place Clear brush around and under my house (my house is on pilings).The work they actually did was as follows:In the triangular area in front of my house, they tore out the ivy which I asked them to keep, did not dig up any blackberries, and pruned a young cedar tree which they were not supposed to do.Around the house, the only cleared about a third of the brush, and none under the house.After at most 7 hours on the first day they declared that they were done and demanded to be paid. When I complained that they hadnt done what I asked them to do, and ***** finished the work, they reduced their price to $1100, and demanded to be paid. This amounts to $157.00 per hour. Because I didnt want a lien filed against my property, I paid them what they asked, and told them not to park in my driveway or enter my property again. Our original agreement was $1300/16 hours = $81.25/hour. I should have owed $81.25 x 7 hours = $568.75. Thus I should get a refund from Fernando Landscape of $531.25.Fernando Landscaping has not returned my repeated phone calls or texts. I do not have an email address for them - there is none listed on their card. They do not appear to have a landscaping license, although they advertise sprinkler system on their card.
