      I have a best buy credit card. I canceled my best buy membership, so I owed no money. I called best buy to make sure my account was zero balance which it was. ********* is billing me for $224.63 by mail. The first time I called they said I owed $224.63, second time $75.00. I said for what? Intrest and fees. For what, I never owned anything to begin with.

      I have been dealing with a hardship and ********* refused to help me in anyway. They added $400 in deferred interest and when i called to ask them to help me settle the account they refused to help me . I spoke with **** - ***************** and got treated poorly with zero empathy and she did not want to help me in anyway. They did not even offer a courtesy call before the amount got added to let me know, and if they had I would have paid the total balance in full. I feel like this is a shady tactic. I offered to pay the amount in full if they would help refund the deferred interest and they refused. Do not use citi bank unless you want to be another person for citi bank to **** money from.
